Currently by invitation only, for girls ages 14 and through adult. These classes will tone, strengthen and lengthen muscles by using classical ballet techniques for the adult beginner. Mrs. Clara uses the classical ballet style of Finis Jhung Ballet Technique (FJBT) which guides students to the essence of classical ballet. The approach is non-traditional in that it is not predicated on a narrow standard of bodily proportions or youth. Clara also received her Stretching and Flexibility Coaching certificate from the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
